Write to us
A person reads every message and replies by email. It helps to include:
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- roughly when it happened, and your time zone;
- your iPhone model and iOS version, and the app version (at the bottom of the Me tab);
- a screenshot, if it shows the problem.
Write from the address you sign in with, so we can find your account. Leave out your clients’ personal details unless the problem cannot be shown without them.
Delete your account
In the app, open the Me tab, then Data & privacy, then Delete account, and confirm. Your account and everything you recorded are erased right away; this cannot be undone. The privacy page lists exactly what is erased. If you no longer have the app, install it again, sign in the way you did before, and delete the account there.

What does Estalogue do?
It remembers each client from what you type or dictate: budget, timing, area, preferences, family and the rest. It turns what you promise into follow-up tasks with reminders, and answers your questions about your clients from those records.
Where does my data go?
It is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States (Oregon). OpenAI processes what you send to write the assistant’s replies, turn voice messages into text, and search your notes. Clerk handles sign-in. Nothing is sold, and there are no ads or tracking. The privacy page has the details.
How do voice messages work?
On the Assistant tab, tap the microphone, then hold to talk; release to send, or slide up to cancel. The recording goes to our server, OpenAI turns it into text, and the assistant reads it like a typed message. The app asks for the microphone the first time. Recordings are kept with your messages until you delete your account.
How do reminders work?
A task with a due time reminds you on your iPhone at that time. The app asks to send notifications the first time there is something to remind you about. If you said no, turn them on in the iPhone’s Settings, under Notifications, then Estalogue.
The assistant saved something wrong. Can I fix it?
Yes. Open the client and tap a detail to edit it, or touch and hold it to remove it. The earlier value stays in the client’s history, so nothing is lost by mistake. Check what matters, such as amounts and dates, before you rely on it.
Does Estalogue contact my clients?
No. Estalogue is for you alone. It does not send anything to your clients, and nothing you record is shared with them.
Which phones?
iPhone, with iOS 18 or later. Estalogue is coming to the App Store.
